Once again disgusted by the lack of communication from @CazooUK_ @CazooHelp I have been left without a car without a curtesy car I have no idea if and when my car will be fixed. I am nearly 6months pregnant with a 3 year old who has been drenched in the rain twice now!

Don’t buy a car from @CazooUK they will sell you one with a dodgy DPF filter, lie to you, make you wait 5 months with no resolution, you’ll go to a local mechanic who immediately identifies the problem and then you’ll be thousands out of pocket to get it fixed @MartinSLewis

So less than 10 days out from my mot and my engine light is still on. My guess is cazoo didn’t want to pay the main dealer for the part. Their customer care team is no use they don’t answer your questions just give boilerplate responses. Going to try to take matters into my own

4 visits to @CazooUK Lakeside 3 customer service representatives trying to contact the Lakeside team to no avail 2 months since I was told the part had been ordered 1 very angry customer 0 communication on the arrival of the part So now here we are and I am still not hopeful
