Our latest work looking at survival outcomes in stage III ACC. Stage III patients with LN+ disease had distinctly worse OS than stage III LN- patients. Is it time for a more nuanced staging classification that differentiates LN+/- disease @4rnav @saumyg .

Respondents believe that students from prestigious medical schools, well-connected students, and MD students will benefit most from the change while DO students and students from less prestigious schools suffer most.

Those applying for highly competitive specialties indicated that the scoring change provides a unique advantage for those with financial means to take a year off to enhance their application to offset the loss of a high Step 1 score 💰.

Overall, students favored P/F scoring (61.6%) 📈. Students going into highly competitive specialties favored numerical scoring (55.6%)📉. There were significant differences in attitudes towards this change between students applying into highly versus less competitive specialties.
