@tariqnasheed This isn’t a *new conversation: As we grow as a people, they’ll begin to take accountability, slowly. She’s absolutely right and is speaking out for so many we know, including ourselves. Something WE’ve always known. Maybe NOW we can start having real conversations?

My DC people, are y’all familiar with this restaurant? Omari’s Music Bar & Agave Lounge on Georgia Ave NW. I never heard of it until this vid crossed my feed. Black woman owned. Hoping the community gives her a business boost. 🙏🏾 I’m definitely gonna roll through soon.
