Libba being Libba, she wanted her remains to be used for tissue and organ donation if anything was useful, and if not, then she wanted it to go to research or for training medical students. Basically, every moment she had post cancer was made possible by smart doctors 4/

She had been hospitalized and on a ventilator since May 1st for multiple pneumonias. Since having cancer in the 90s she has fought so hard and beaten the odds so many times. This was just more than her body could take. I was able to take some leave from work so I could be 2/

It seems I have picked up the stomach bug my wife had last week. I thought I had missed it. 😭Electrolytes for days. Hopefully antibiotics when my doc opens in the AM… I can’t catch a break. 😓🫠

There's a lot wrong these days, but I was able to find my voice and sing for about 20 seconds, and it filled me with such joy, I bawled afterwards. Finding your own strength is hard work. It seems to pay well, though. 🥲
