It was a real pleasure to celebrate the completion of the first of 275 new homes at Calverley Close in Beckenham. These 20 houses, delivered by @RiversideHO and Vistry, are at social rent levels and part-funded by @MayorofLondon following a ballot of existing estate residents.

‘Welfare for British citizens only’ shows ignorance of difference between ILR, Common Travel Area, Citizenship. Would also cut off millions who provide welfare for British citizens, inc Irish & staff from around the world working in the NHS. This is not who we are as a country.
Another thing I haven't seen mentioned. Farage was very specific on his policy. "Welfare will be for British citizens only". "We must prioritise UK citizens". So what is the direction of Reform policy towards the large number of Irish citizens living and working in the UK.

It was great to join Laura and Dawn from L'Arche UK in Beckenham yesterday. Their fantastic allotment project enables people with learning disabilities to enjoy nature and build meaningful friendships. I’m working with them to secure funding so they can reach even more people!
