New: Texas AG Ken Paxton subpoenaed 404 Media for confidential reporting about an internal Google privacy incident database we pubbed in June. If Paxton wants the database, he can get it directly from Google. Our lawyers formally objected to the subpoena: https://t.co/CMLqxY7zA8

The Nuna TRVL LX is basically perfect for anyone. I love this stroller. There's another brand of stroller that's way overhyped (review TK) but Nuna, imo, is far superior https://t.co/Fxl3UaOdXZ. .

Donald Trump has said (sometimes) that he would veto an abortion ban if Congress passes one. But if we see a national abortion ban, it won't come from Congress--and a Trump win alone could make it possible. Here's my latest with Reva Siegel in @politico:

You may be voting for a ballot initiative supporting abortion rights AND Donald Trump. But if Trump is in the White House, he could use the 19th-century Comstock Act to override state protections. Here's the Federalist Society blog on this:

If you need a new day-to-day stroller, whether you live in a suburban or urban environment, I think the Swiv is a fantastic option. It's pricey but worth the $ imo

The latest stroller from Nuna is a great option for small-space families, especially when paired with the Nuna Pipa car seat. Read our review.

I DID, however, love the new Nuna Swiv! I sent it back to CR HQ a few weeks ago and I actually MISS it. Despite having a trillion other strollers in my tiny house rn https://t.co/y7LSvIKvDl

(specifically, the GB Pockit+ All Terrain stroller). It's bumpy, not intuitive, seems uncomfortable to the baby. I felt like I had to lean over the stroller to push it, and steering is absurdly difficult. It def seems like an airport-only purchase.
