Leighton BuzzCycles' thoughts on new cycling infrastructure across Leighton Buzzard

What prompted this thread though, is that after I said your store should make cyclists feel welcome, I then get to this survey question. Seemingly only concern for drivers, nothing asking specifically about pedestrians, cyclists, or bus users visiting your stores. (3/n)

While the local store manager and Waitrose central mgmt has been co-operative in supporting a cycle stand, it's still frustrating that @leightonbuzzcyc is having to design cycle storage and ask the land owner (soon!) to install it. (2/n)

It appears, to me at least, to discriminate against those with disability adapted cycles by restricting access to only those with standard cycles. That means it blocks tandems, cargo bikes, and trailers too. Location is here:. Thanks (2/2).
