I think it’s so unreasonable that the house can’t tidy itself up while I’m putting the little one to bed. Like, the bedtime routine in itself is exhausting, then I have to drag my ass downstairs and clean up that guy’s mess? I do not see how this is fair.

Was doing bedtime last night and my 5yo said he wanted to go get a little drink. I thought I’d allow him some independence, and that he’d just grab a plastic cup from the cupboard. He comes back upstairs with a goddamn WINE GLASS full to the BRIM with milk 😱🤦🏼♂️😂.

I have to say, please can nobody ever buy me a mug again. I live in a tiny new build, the biggest of which have famously little storage or cupboard space. I couldn’t even fit a thimble in these cupboards at this point 😂.

Little one has been nagging to go to the skatepark again (we practically live there). I said ok, but I’m not going again tomorrow, and he’s not allowed to nag to go tomorrow either. He replied, “Oh, that’s fine, I don’t nag on Tuesdays.” 😂 He has a nagging schedule 😂😂.
