Working on major public sector digital comms reports. Early statistic is that of those Councils, police & fire authorities and health trusts who had an enewsletter only 9% measured % of subscribers within catchment area. Do you measure this? What is your %? Plse RT

End of an era. Today was my last working day for the NHS (for now anyway). Excited to shake it up a bit and grow something new. Still working with and for public sector orgs. I shall now be Lead for Scotland @counciladnet full time - let’s go ❤️
