Some of us will always be trying—with an exasperating degree of relative success—to improve ourselves in one way or another, and no amount of self-acceptance will stop it.

I have never, ever, ever heard or seen someone dream big, work at it constantly for 20 years and not achieve it. Ever.

the only skill that matters 5 years from now is communication; start to hire foreign language students, not computer science students; foreign language students are the best at communicating with AI.

How I achieve MORE at work, WITHOUT working:. 1. ask ChatGPT 2. take answer 3. ask Grok if the answer is OK 4. Copy Paste Grok and put into production.

In the AI age, people that know how and what to ask (with marketing, product, etc) are 100x more valuable to a company than people that know answers. Humanity used to put a premium on data collection and memory, so people were fact collectors. Fact collectors are irrelevant.

Truth is nobody knows what the market wants, the best companies simply experiment smarter (track previous experiments and give power to technical people) and quicker (their culture rewards speed of execution and risk-taking).

I’ve been building consumer apps since 2011. I found this to always be true: . Any successful app removes features nearly as often as it adds them. Key question to ask is ‘how much have we deleted this month?’ - if that metric is low you’re not experimenting enough.
