I would like to than @TheBHF for awarding us a project grant "chemotherapy-induced cardiac cell senescence and its role in chemotherapy-induced heart failure" We are very excited to get going on this research which will support @laurakbooth who is also a co-I!.

Alongside anthracyclines, long-term cardiotox of next-gen anticancer therapies should be high on our agenda! An exciting time to be in cardio-oncology with the advent of targeted cancer therapies e.g. TKIs 🫀💊.
