It was lovely to meet up. I think we could have talked for ages about our experiences and how we all want to see change! It will happen in 2024 if we all vote for it together!
Yesterday I met with Pete Doherty, Labour candidate in Folkestone & Hythe in 1992 & 1997, and @laurafd, candidate in 2017 & 2019. Both of them are backing me. I want to publicly recognise their immense service to the Labour cause. My campaign is built on their strong foundations.

Today we have had teams out in Hythe, Cheriton & Enbrook Valley, as well as at the bandstand on the Leas. We are continuing to talk to as many people as we possibly can about the possibility of change. It's a two horse race here in Folkestone & Hythe. Vote Labour & make history.

Fantastic day; great turnout at the beach; followed by possibly the wettest canvassing session ever - but we didn’t let that put us off!
It's been an incredible day of campaigning. It was absolutely wonderful to welcome @Feargal_Sharkey and @serauk to Folkestone to protest sewage spills. That was followed up by canvassing with a team from @SocLabLaw. This is people-power in action! #WIN24
