As it’s the week of Maggie’s 100th birthday I’m launching https://t.co/ZOMHhN2059, a resource to find Conservative Party wins during the 14 years in Government and before. An easy access website for candidates, campaigning teams and politicos. Happy reading. 👜 🎉

I won’t amplify a repugnant tweet from an MP celebrating football fans being stopped from watching their team. This isn’t the Birmingham I know and love. No one should be excluded from ⚽️ for their nationality or religion. You don’t fight antisemitism by banning victims of it.

In WWII, this country had the courage to save my family - politically persecuted, murdered in the Holocaust - and the free world. Today we can’t even keep Jews safe watching football. We paid a terrible price to defeat this and then just let it win for free. It’s disgusting.

Great question. Answer: Jews don’t make a habit of attacking pro-Palestinian supporters. Pro-Palestinian supporters make a habit — indeed it’s obsession — to attack Jews.

The optics of the #AstonVilla ban are truly appalling. How can it be that there is enough policing every weekend to maintain public safety when tens of thousands of pro-Palestinian supporters gather, but there isn’t when it’s maybe a 1000 Maccabi fans on the one night an Israeli

We will be bringing this message to Villa Park on November 6th. Maccabi fans are being excluded from the game on the back of Ayoub Khan and Jeremy Corbyn's anti-Semitic petition. We cannot allow these divisive politicians to decide who can and cannot watch a football match — not

I was released from Hamas captivity in January and I am a die hard fan of Maccabi Tel Aviv. I am shocked to my core with this outrageous decision to ban me, my family and my friends from attending an Aston Villa game in the UK. Football is a way of bringing people together

Is this not really worrying that fans can’t go to a football match based on their nationality due to threats of violence against them, in the UK?! Via @Telegraph

South Western Railway was nationalised by Labour in May. Since then: 🫷Cancelations are UP 50% 🫷Delays are UP 29% 🫷Trains 30-60 mins late more than DOUBLED I understand why the unions want nationalisation, but how is it helping passengers or the taxpayer?

Nine months since we were promised local inquiries on grooming and rape gangs. No progress. Four months since the national inquiry announcement. Nothing but delay. Victims deserve better. We all deserve better. I wrote in @TheSun about the national reckoning we need 👇

Astonishing that this BBC article leaves out entirely that the Palestinians have been offered a state multiple times & have always turned it down. And that there are many who only see an acceptable Palestinian state as one in which Israel is destroyed. 🤔

What a load of rubbish. Our rights in Britain do not come from the Human Rights Act or the ECHR. In fact, before it was wildly overinterpreted by Strasbourg judges, the ECHR exported British rights to the rest of Europe. A 🧵

The hostages released today have shown superhuman endurance in the face of evil. The abduction of men, women and children on Oct 7th was a calculated cruelty to break body, mind and soul after inflicting the mindless horror of rape and murder. No cause, no grievance, can ever

What a truly fantastic day! Hamas keeping hold of hostages was always the barrier to peace and it shows that when countries are committed they can pressure terrorists to anything. Well done to everyone whose efforts brought about today. Heroes.👏 👏 👏
