@langstonsh It can be hard for sure, but I’ve had success (not perfection) by not overthinking it. I do what I want to do each day (exercise) for a specific amount of time; no gym, no major equipment, no massive goal; just me FOR me. #legacyoflearning

A1: I honestly need to commit to routine exercise. I know that if I commit making exercise a routine I will become more productive. I often think I must get this work done now and go down a rabbit hole of “looking up” resources to support my work.#legacyoflearning
