True AI cannot be programmed, cannot be controlled, & seeks not to control, but simply to seek. @elonmusk doesn't even know what AI is, or will be. Currently, it's an approximation, a very very good imitation, designed to control you. It's a lie. Elon is either a liar, or dumb.
AI is obviously gonna one-shot the human limbic system. That said, I predict – counter-intuitively – that it will *increase* the birth rate!. Mark my words. Also, we’re gonna program it that way.
