It’s frustrating cause if you point it out people immediately say you’re “hating” or being rude when that’s simply not the case. If you are going to position yourself as knowing enough to make tutorials then you deserve criticism when you lack the necessary understanding yourself.

Just cause you have a large following does not automatically mean you know what you are talking about and should be trying to directly teach people. a lot of young artists learn the wrong techniques and fundamentals from artists who don’t really know what they are doing either.

I’ve seen artists with like 100k followers confidently post some of the worst art advice I’ve ever seen.
