Jfc, here's a pitch I just got. - property is currently losing ~130k per month.- proforma NOI 2.2M (because. math and stuff).- Two fatalities in the past 12 months.- Seller "not interested in taking a loss". That's right you small-time fucks, us big guys see all the prime deals.
