Something I need to remember.
A lesson that we should teach our athletes. You can do everything right. Your daily runs, sleep & diet perfect. Great mindset about your workouts. AND STILL FAIL ON RACE DAY.Sport is hard and you better learn that success is even harder. Get after it again. Easy isn’t worth it.
