History tabs on trading apps are mostly useless. As are most wallet tracker feeds. Seeing a flood of historical transactions is not helpful, and is hard to parse. You need to see the context of your trades (history) and others' trades (feed) as positions, not txns.

Prediction: Most onchain trading apps will switch to the cash balance concept. Your spending power is USDC, not SOL or ETH. You move in and out of USDC as you trade. Polymarket, Hyperliquid, and fomo all do this. Your trading app will eventually, too. Significantly better UX.

We just hit ATH in daily copytrade volume for @clicker. Still very early - we don't even have in-app trading or any trading app partners live yet.

Okay we figured out how to both 1) have a cash balance concept and 2) let crypto-native users deposit native assets and spend from those native balances easily. I started to trade on our new in-app wallet that @morley cranked out this week. Will be awhile before it’s ready tho.

the more i get into thinking about in-app trading in @clicker, the more i realize how much of a work of art the profile tab is in @tryfomo. it builds on trading terminals' "Active Positions" and "History" tabs, but strips it down to just what matters. my main issue as a user rn

FYI - this is possible in @clicker. Notifications —> Settings gear icon —> All buys Fair warning it’s a lot of notifications and noisy, so we don’t default to it.
