Markets started shifting sometime this summer and it feels like it has caught up with most people by now. Almost everyone I know is making way less money or in a drawdown right now. There are insane opportunities weekly but avoiding a blowout feels impossible. Just me?

November: + $20,528 Large Caps: Volatile large cap month chopped me up on a ton of days with these huge gaps up/down and big intraday reversals. Small Caps: Last 3 weeks I have made all my money on the short side. Either longing sucks or I am no good at it anymore. Cheers

TSLA +$3k today Was up a bit more on this but let myself get too tight and ended up chopping some back before I stopped. Main thing I am learning with large caps is not to get so caught up in the minute by minute action. If I have a bias that is working don't overthink small

LPTX +$5k Since schwab banned my hyper scalping and because names just go straight up frontside only... I am forced to learn to short these frontside exhaustions. I am still scalp minded, but a lot of my trading is now around a core always having a position. No special price

October: $47,620 Aug: $4,396 Sept $21,154 My recovery from Schwab ban (July) continues... 1.) Another step in the right direction this month. Win rate and profit factor were both up compared to Aug/Sept. Also, I only had green weeks this month, and I controlled my red days a

Can anyone explain to me why the market makers for UNH decided to wait 1 hour till close to ramp IV on the options into earnings tomorrow? Every other time I’ve seen IV pre-earnings it is a slow trickle up 5-10 days leading into the ER. Was a mistake made here or do individual

BYND +$27k I would call this a MSTR grade opportunity, still one step below SMCI, but definitely a top 5 I have ever seen. I am happy that I was willing to risk a bit more on this even though my normal trading is still recovering. I lost -5k on those 3 frontside attempts

August: $4,396 September: $21,154 My trading is slowly recovering since Schwab ban in July, but I still have a few issues to correct. 1.) The feeling of "underperformance". The abrupt slowdown from $100k+ months every month while I adjust my execution style has been an

WallStreetBets has gone completely soft. That subreddit was built on massive Yolos especially into GME. I can't even post an $850k Yolo because GME is somehow now a prohibited ticker in the same subreddit that got half its members during the 2021 GME squeeze. Communist Mods

By now, most of the community has heard the rumors that have been circulating about a certain trader and close friend of mine. I saw some fake accusations and photoshopped discord messages already floating around today, so I just wanted to share the facts I know and MY

Just posting for transparency. Back to trading poorly -17k last 3 days from pure greed/impatience. All from 3 trades, 1 each day at midday when I was frustrated and focus was worn down. Just need to zoom out and not get so caught up on the day to day action. Green tomorrow.

Day 6 of discipline + 5.2k net ✅ This week was all about reducing size, trading patiently, and avoiding tilts. For the most part, I accomplished that goal, and my account is back to all time highs. Still testing a long term broker solution for trading penny names. Cheers.

Day 5 of having discipline again + $1.8k net✅ The last 5 days of focusing exclusively on discipline and not on the pnl has been extremely refreshing. Still smaller/more controlled gains/losses, but I am cleaning up my trading habits for the better. Discipline continues tmrw.

Moving forward: If we meaningfully cut spending, Trump tariffs bring in more revenue, and interest rates get lowered, is it still possible to salvage our nation’s debt situation?
