Unprofessional builder, They are local thekedar, Iqbal is money minded, bekar or adhura saman site per dalta hai or kaam beech me drop kerke bhaagne ki dhamki bhi deta hai. No grauting on tiles. No shades on window, visible cracking. Ruining the feelings.
