On July 1st, 2022 my position at @uofg becomes Tenure Track. I'll be an Assistant Professor in @SETSatUofG teaching Theatre history and production as well as Shakespeare or Canadian Literature. Incredible students and amazing colleagues. I'm very lucky! Its been a long journey!

Off to spend some time with the First Folio (as well as a few 2nd and 3rd editions)!
To celebrate the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare's First Folio, we are hosting an open house this Thurs. (July 27) from noon to 8pm. On display will be all four 17th century Folios. It's a rare opportunity to view this seminal book, one of only 2 copies in Canada!

Opinion by Joseph Gordon-Levitt: People whose jobs are threatened by AI will be the same people who produced the data used to train it. A new kind of residuals for these human data producers could potentially provide some much-needed economic relief.

Yvette Nolan was born in 1961 in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, to an Algonquin mother and an Irish father. Playwright, dramaturg, director and educator, Nolan was a writer-in-residence at several universities, the National Arts Centre in Ottawa and the Saskatoon Public Library.
