In Rome to stand for Ukraine’s recovery at #URC2025. Grazie, @GiorgiaMeloni. Ukraine’s needs for reconstruction are enormous. They cannot nor should not bear this cost alone. It must be Russia who pays for the damages it has caused. We already have the source – frozen assets.
