There is the clear need for us to invest and use the assets we have. We adopted Council's conclusions highlighting the importance of using data from Earth observation constellations, such as EU's Copernicus program or national and commercial satellites in civil protection….

“We have reached political agreement on the European Research Agenda 2025–2027—an important milestone on the path to completing the single market for science and innovation.”.

“We also adopted conclusions on the use of artificial intelligence in science. AI is transforming how research is conducted—it can significantly accelerate progress and amplify impact. Europe must be at the forefront of this transformation.”.

Deputy Minister @M_Baranowski for Economic Development and Technology at Competitiveness Council (Space):. „Today we will talk about space. Space is a key dimension of broader security — not only in a defense format, but also in civilian capabilities.

This fits very well with the theme of the overall Polish presidency that focuses on security. We’ll focus on how data from various constellations of satellites that we have and will develop, can build up European resilience and how it can help us at a time of civilian crisis”.

🚧 EU High Level Group on Road Safety – Working Together for Safer Roads Across Europe . The EU High Level Group on Road Safety, composed of senior representatives from national administrations, met to strengthen cooperation on road safety across the EU. #Poland25eu

Established in the early 1990s, the group now plays a key role under the EU Road Safety Policy 2021–2030, providing strategic guidance and overseeing the implementation of the Safe System Approach.
