I’m from Arkansas. He’s always touted serving in tours as an Army Ranger. I know there is a difference between the two. I expect my elected officials not to lie about their service.

So he earned his Ranger Scroll but didn’t serve in Ranger Batt? Yeah, he sucks but this doesn’t seem as big as they make it. I hate the guy, but Ranger School is still a big deal. So, yeah he exaggerated but he still had Ranger tab.

I agree. They shouldn’t lie. Trust me, I am not a fan of Cotton. But he did serve and he did have Ranger Tab. I am not going to drag him for this one.

There’s a huge difference between saying you went to Ranger school and being a Ranger. Just like saying you’re a Paratrooper when you just went to jump school.
