I recently was interviewed on "I am the Law," a production of the Law School Admission Counsel. I thought it was a really good interview, especially for pre-law or law school students. https://t.co/vkRcrfKxck

Let’s talk about the Forward Party. It encapsulates all the fallacies of a shallow “unity politics” that is based on a superficial analysis of what ails the country and offers empty promises of overcoming “division” as pseudo-solutions that are actively harmful politically.  1/

We cannot allow Supreme Court nominees lying and/or misleading the Senate under oath to go unanswered. Both GOP & Dem Senators stated SCOTUS justices misled them. This cannot be accepted as precedent. Doing so erodes rule of law, delegitimizes the court, and imperils democracy.
Our Constitutional Republic cannot tolerate Supreme Court Justices who lied in order to get confirmed. The legitimacy of the Court is at stake. Letter from @AOC and me requesting the Senate to make a finding on whether Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch lied to the American people.

Brett Kavanaugh can still eat at restaurants in other states, I don’t know why he’s so upset.

You can say what you want — and there are valid criticisms — about Democrats, but only one party is trying to create a dystopian hellscape mashup of 1984, Fahrenheit 451, Lord of the Flies, and The Handmaid’s Tale.

Pro-lifers don't like complexity. At 17 weeks my placenta detached and he was much too small. I thought I felt my baby's frantic attempts to breathe. My OBGYN advised me to terminate the pregnancy, there wasn't much time. But I couldn't.

Let’s be real: there’s a WHOLE lot of men whose lives, careers, and families have benefited from an abortion (including several “pro-life” GOP Congressmen). Men, we need you right now. You can get through in rooms others can’t. Your power matters. Speak up. This is about us all.

1/7 Folks correctly point out that the Court’s insistence on setting the boundaries of individual rights based on whether they are grounded in historical traditions places the justice in the position of doing amateur history but there’s a bigger problem
