あー、これはわかる気がするなぁ。政策の議論に付き合ってくれる社会科学の研究者がどうも少ない気がするのも、この問題が関わってるのではないだろうか。
『可視化される差別』を読んで思ったが、社会科学が急激に「科学」を指向し、論壇から離れたことによって、いまの最先端の知が一般の人に届かなくなっているのではないかという危惧。残ったのがおよそそこの文脈とは程遠い、実証してない／しなくてもよいガラパゴスな言説。脱成長論とか。

この教科書は丁寧な先行文献レビューに基づき体系的に書かれ、多くのプログラムで必須文献に指定されてます。内容が日本でも広く知られて公務員研修などでも活用されるようになるとよいですが

国家公務員離れが進むなか、人事院の有識者会議「人事行政諮問会議」が3月下旬に最終提言をまとめました。優秀な人材を確保できなければ国の行政は将来停滞しかねません。キャリア官僚の給与引き上げや、職務基準の人事運営への転換など、旧来型人材マネジメントの抜本的な見直しを求めています。「公務が危機に瀕（ひん）している」。最終提言はこう書き出します。2024年度の採用試験（総合職）申込者は1万8333人で
