Honored to share that our paper Politicisation, Bureaucratic Closedness and Turnover Intention won the Kenneth J. Meier Award at @MPSAnet. Thankful for acknowledging our effort to advancing research in bureaucratic politics, public administration, and public policy.
Just published in @Gov_Journal with Hyunkang Hur Open access. Bureaucratic turnover intentions have been studied, but political factors and macro-institutional factors are underexamined. We explored this link cross-nationally @fggaleiden @IUONeill alumni
