Interesting. I'm iffy about attending the @Jbrekkie concert Monday, but @Ticketmaster tells me that the "organizers" won't let me resell my tickets anywhere near at cost or at a loss. I have to price the seats at a minimum $131 each, even though there are plenty of tickets.

I want to give @BCLions credit. I was among those who received a message from the club yesterday that it had conducted an audit on sound at @bcplace and replaced 11 amplifiers and rebalanced the system so that sound will no longer surpass 90 db. Seems others complained. Good.
Having written early in my career on music and been able to attend thousands of shows, it never occurred to me that a greater risk in later life to my hearing would be the jacked-up sound system of the @bclions. Yet it feels like the last two or three games have been.
