There is an urgent need for neonatal transport ambulances in India. Even in Mumbai there aren’t appropriately staffed or equipped ambulances for babies. Sadly has a huge negative impact on outcomes.

If there's a chair next to a patient's bed vs. in a cupboard, doctors sit with their patients more and patients are more satisfied with their care. (This was a randomised controlled trial - neither patients nor doctors knew the purpose of the experiment!)

unfortunately the reality of medicine in Mumbai - there are ‘doctors’ (not just GPs) that earn the bulk of their money through ‘cuts’ and from pharma kickbacks. Maybe as @malpani says we need to have more digital connect until the law enforces accountability.
