Leaders matter: in a time of rising costs it is too bad that we have to shell out $392.95 for a room for 2 nights at convention. We need to do better to make convention less costly. There should be a blended option. If we have not learned yet we never will.

Leaders Matter: @AthabascaU prioritizes Indigenous opportunities. I call upon my AU to an act of reconciliation by inviting Indigenous artists to send in their medium representation of Indigenous footwear. These shoes will represent virtual learning pathways to support healing.

Leaders Matter: I will never understand why leaders would overhaul a system in the midst of a pandemic. Focus should be on strengthening current human resources by focusing on retention and building the system as one that is truly something to be proud of. Capacity+change=failure

Leaders Matter: @nlpsab is a great place to work! Not only do we live, work, and play in a place where the plains meets the boreal forest of Alberta, we are supported to grow and share our learning as a team!
Tremendous day of learning with @nlpsab administrators about two important topics #generative dialogue and #truth and reconciliation.
