Today, we joined the #GuluMentalHealthRun to advocate for prioritizing mental health in workplaces and communities. This was more than an exercise, it was a show of solidarity and hope for a resilient Gulu. Mental health isn’t a side issue; it’s central to thriving communities.

Today, we launched @NHS_RHO’s ‘7 Principles of Anti-Racism’ - providing solutions and support to tackle the challenge of racism, and to drive sustainable change in healthcare. Watch the explainer video here:

The 4th annual mental health race will take place in Gulu, Uganda this weekend. Promoting the prioritisation of mental health in the workplace there is an impressive agenda, guest speakers and runners and 1000 runners expected to take part @MinofHealthUG @UUKHAhealth
