That’s a 4:36/mile pace…for 26.2 miles — and he beat Eliud Kipchoge’s previous record by 34 seconds.
He is only 23 years old!
That’s one of the greatest athletic achievements ever.

Great when you’ve no heating for 2 days in winter, house is like a fridge. Kids freezing cold. Pay insurance for boiler cover & still not fixed. We’ll order the part they said…🤦🏻♂️ Aye thats great help when I’m turning blue. Absolutely shambles.
