This is exactly right. The "generated UI will displace legacy SaaS" idea is a very similar misconception to the idea that you can just vibe code up Docusign or Gartner and beat them on price. Enterprises pay for those for a reason.
I think there are lots of examples where generated software and UI will work on demand, in particular in a personal context when the stakes are low and it’s just a byproduct of a chat system’s response. But I would have different expectations in an enterprise context. The point.

Swedish Prime Minister is using AI models "quite often" at his job. He says he uses it get a "second opinion" and asks questions such as "what have others done?" At the moment he is not uploading any documents. IMO, when these models are capable of giving seemingly better

Sometimes I just don't get the anti-EU hysteria. This directive clarifies that you can seek remedies for defective products, even if they're software. The US has a common law system. If someone's software caused damage, you sue them. Silicon Valley has survived that so far.
