Any chance of an update @CrossCountryUK on why the 15.30 to Cardiff from Nee Street still hasn't left. Delayed by an hour and sat on train now for 30 minutes and no announcements at all?

Third week night on the trot that @GWRHelp commuter trains delayed or cancelled from #BristolTempleMeads... and that's before the #RailStrikes disruption kicks in. Yet another evening spoilt 😡

Absolute joke of rail system we have .... stranded again by delayed and cancelled trains. Exactly the same situation as 2 weeks ago when it cost me £45 to get taxi home which @GWRHelp refused to reimburse and I'm still waiting for reply on from @CrossCountryUK . Happy Thursday 🤬

Very poor customer service tonight @GWRHelp .. #SevernTunnel closed, stranded on train outside it for 90 mins before returned to BTM, no help or suggestions offered from platform staff at all.....we will all sort ourselves out shall we? Thanks for nothing.
