The Fire Weather Watch issued yesterday has been upgraded to a Red Flag Warning, due to low humidity, strong winds and possible thunderstorms in the area. It will go into effect tomorrow morning at 9am through 9pm Saturday. The map below shows where to expect these conditions.

#CanyonFire #TaskForce A Task Force has been deployed to assist with the Canyon Fire in neighboring Ventura and Los Angeles counties. This Task Force comprises a mix of wildland pumping apparatus (Type 3 and Type 6) with off-road capabilities. The KCFD remains fully staffed.
