I am doing remarkably well combating jet lag. I returned to the US at about 9:30AM yesterday after spending three weeks in Japan. I stayed up until about 9:30PM. I woke up at my usual time (shortly before 5AM), and am doing well so far.

I just spent three wonderful weeks in Japan. The first two were vacation with my Better Half™, in Yaizu (焼津) and Sendai (仙台). The last week was work in Niigata (新潟). The last time that I was in Japan for this long was over 25 years ago. I am returning to the US today.
