Our wonderful follow up team,held their first remembrance service tonight at St Giles church. It was a beautiful emotional evening, one of which they should be very proud. Giving our grieving families this was priceless. @wrexham @BetsiCadwaladr @niholder @ItuWrexhamFoll1

As part of ITU Follow Up- weād like your opinion on taking photos of patients to later use them in clinic as part of recovery, we would store photos securely securely until the picture can be shared with them in a controlled way. This is common practice in many ITUās as follow up
