for most of my life i’ve struggled with low energy. i could get a lot done, but always felt drained. people saw me that way too. the only thing that helps: strength training, eating clean, and 7–8 hrs of sleep. 🏋️🥗😴. so when people ask how i stick to it, it’s not a choice.
