anti-meditation instruction: sit still for 10mins and try to get as distracted as possible. forget that you're meditating. any time you remember you're meditating, try as quickly as possible to get lost in thought again

I know this is a joke, but did you actually try it? I just did, and just like mediation, I found myself doing the opposite unintentionally. Got me out of my head way quicker than mediation.
