September is Recovery Month. We believe that recovery should be on your terms. #Recovery from drugs & alcohol doesn't look the same for everyone. It could be about safer use, reducing harm, rebuilding relationships, or finding stability. And for some, it's complete abstinence.

We recognise the intentions behind Minimum Unit Pricing, but remain cautious. Our priority: that people experiencing alcohol-related harm are not further stigmatised. @BBCNews refers to people as “addicts.” Language like this reinforces stigma.
