The Reality About Alcohol 📊 ✗ Alcohol is involved in more overdose deaths than many illegal drugs 💡 Remember: Legal status is determined by policy makers, not safety experts. Don't let legality fool you into thinking a substance is harmless. #recoverymonth #mythbusting

A harmful myth about drug & alcohol use is that someone needs to "hit rock bottom" before they can get help. The reality: Early intervention saves lives. Recovery can begin at ANY stage. There's no right time. Recovery starts with reaching out, looking different for everyone.
