To recap. 1) Najib Tun Razak was justly convicted in a court of law that sentenced him to 12 years in jail for the misappropriation of RM42 million of SRC International funds. He was also fined RM 210 million and would've needed to serve an additional 5 yrs if he didn't pay it.
