arguably, “you ask me i ask who” expresses a lot more than “I don’t know”

I would like to adapt Singapore's "Speak Good English" campaign to other cities with incomprehensible vernacular dialects, Toronto for example

The week has shown again that health and humanitarian challenges are borderless. So must our efforts to strengthen health system resilience in Asia.

Chatted with @OpenAI’s newly launched #ChatGPT this morning around #globalhealth issues and #frugalinnovation. Its thoughts are more contemplative than many in the field. Try it here: https://t.co/EaCAWFUHHK @RifatAtun, this is a sophisticated innovation. :)

I am a huge fan of Feeding America's allocation mechanism -- it's one of the greatest successes of modern market design, and I wrote a case study about it that I teach multiple times most years. But it's a tremendous oversimplification to just say "prices worked" in this

It is depressing that so many people just blanket oppose markets out of ideology even when creating a market mechanism for food banks lead to feeding way more people at a way lower cost. Prices are a powerful tool for allocating resources!

“The G20 should send a clear message that the world can move on with or without the U.S.,” Ronald Lamola, South Africa’s foreign minister, said at a forum hosted by Bloomberg before the summit. “We will mark them absent and continue with the business.”

Sorry, are you suggesting that a physiotherapist can on-job-training into a speech therapist? Get out of here. https://t.co/vam1lYxyCA

did a half marathon race yesterday without training. ran 10km in 1:15h then realised this was not a sustainable 21km pace 🤣 power walked like an auntie at 6.5km/h for another 10km to finish under 3 hours. had fun looking at all my stats for the rest of the day. good day ✌️

Prof Goldie taught the first MPH and, for many, our first Harvard module. As my earliest touch-points with global health eductn, she set the standards with innovative and engaging materials and pedagogy. Glad she’s able to tell her story her way now. https://t.co/QgbVl3Mhlq

The exodus of Malaysian trained doctors and nurses to foreign countries especially Singapore of late, has caused worry and stirred debates.

Spent a Walk a Day in My Shoes day at the hospital’s call centre 📞 Lindah and colleagues brought me through their huge scope of work including coordinating code blue calls and I got to listen in on some of these. Thanks for having me☀️
