After training players who played for @coachjfranklin he invited me to practice and gave me access to the PSU facility. He encouraged me to demonstrate my unique coaching style to his staff and offered me invaluable advice. I was an unknown coach but he took the time to care.

My heart is completely broken after hearing of the loss of my spiritual brother @TodderickHunt. He was pure love and dedicated his life to help others realize their dreams. To know him was to know there was still goodness in the world. Rest easy Big Guy.

One of my proudest moments as @StanleyDennis50, one of my favorite students invited me to St Peters Prep where he’s now a defensive line coach teaching his players techniques he learned at The Lab. His players are fortunate to have such a dedicated coach.

What a pleasure it is to work with @g_wangboje. Incredibly explosive and can change direction in tight spaces. He’s becoming lethal as he learns to incorporate martial arts hand techniques into his base techniques. Sacred Heart University has themselves a player!

Couldn’t be prouder of @tyleramato91 who graduated Seton Hall Prep and is now attending Stonehill University on a full ride scholarship. Tyler became a defensive line force by paying attention to the details and mastering some very sophisticated defensive line techniques.

The #Jaguars agreed to terms with Anthony Campanile as their defensive coordinator, sources tell The Insiders. It’s the first NFL DC job for Campanile, who most recently was Green Bay’s linebackers coach/running game coordinator. Now he joins Liam Coe in Jacksonville.

The key to an effective long arm is to roll the back hip from the strike hand, effectively making the arm longer and preventing the lineman from striking your body.
