Turners gains came from a few things:
- fun in the gym
- consistently working out AND improving on lifts & form.
- consistent diet, although not always 100% clean lean stuff, enough healthy & nutritious foods to support muscle gain
- hard f*ng work.

Wanna lose weight?
Start by:
- cooking instead of ordering food
- tossing soda's in the bin
- exercising daily. 30 minutes can do just fine.
Stop:
- complaining
- procrastinating (this word sucks to spell wtf)
