Since the latest updates, the Kindle Scribe is the best option for notetaking from books. The only improvement need they need allow me to highlight multiple lines without a pop-up appearing. @AmazonKindle

AI has changed the way I read. I've just finished reading @DonJRobertson's How to think like Socrates and used ChatGPT to give me a list of exercises discussed in to book and I've exported my highlights and asked ChatGPT to organise them into chapters and themes.

Coming from @logseq some things in @obsdmd really confuse me. Why do you need a plugin for everything in @obsdmd. I just learned that you can embed blocks in Obsidian, but to do this with just a few clicks, you need a plugin. In logseq this is native functionality.

Underrated productivity hack: The book stand. It makes summarising my books much easier. I'm starting to question the need for importing highlights using Readwise.

I've set up @SlackHQ, @logseq buttons into my @elgato stream deck. I've also set up hotkeys for my @Snagit presets. Plus, there's a pomodoro timer!

Google tasks are now actually useful. Reminders will now appear in tasks. You can also add tasks in Google docs.

I'm loving suing @duetdisplay on my Tab S7. The ability to connect by usb is far better than using Samsung Second Display. It's turned my tablet into a second monitor that I can actually use.

I love that @logseq is a bottom up system. You can try things, and then change. I have changed from recording notes as pages, to blocks, to pages again, to using name spaces. I don't need to spend hours reorganising my old notes. They're still there and discoverable.

I really wish laptop manufacturers would stop putting stickers on their devices. It was cool in the 90s, not so much now.

I've started capturing a daily photo in @logseq. It's nice capturing my life in a format that isn't on some companies server or in some app that won't exist in 10 years. Logseq is open source and all the files are readable in a basic text editor.
