This is the best illustration of the non-linearity of a design process I have seen. More and more I prefer to refer to the ‘phases’ in the process as ‘modes of activity’ rather than actual process steps. #design #designthinking #businessdesign

The internet of things. It’s is a slow revolution that has been gathering pace for years, but the transformation is about to go into overdrive. To work all these ‘things’ need to be designed smart, or we will end up with a lot of connected junk.
