The road to a PhD was a loooonnnng one, but the best part was building my research family, with #1 being the best mentors @KurdyakP & @juveriazaheer! I get to do research highlighting health inequities in outcomes & access facing 2SLGBTQIA+ ppl, and they taught me how to do that.
Could not be prouder of @june_sh_lam’s system-transforming work on improving mental health care for transgender and non-binary people - and what a gift for us both to work with my own mentor @KurdyakP on very cool mixed methods work!.
