Here's an example where you see three at once in the app! The two semantically linked animations (typing) loop on the same 64f interval, but none of the animations are exactly the same. Much more pleasing than seeing a bunch of spinners

The detailed typing animation in the chat, which is the longest at 576 frames, subtly spells out Conductor with using same ductus (calligraphic stroke order) as the main logo

One of my favorite songs to play on vibraphone growing up was Crystal Silence. In this recording (the one I had a CD of) Gary Burton is playing around 76 BPM, and the animations sync up with it

Animation for 5 Loaders. Cycles all play along a nine note measure, each with a different rhythm. Since you might see two at once, I only wanted them to sync up exactly if they're indicating the same thing (e.g. typing)

We wanted to give Conductor's icon a similar level of physicality that would work with Liquid Glass! To do this I layered glows with chromatic aberration and turbulent + fractal noise displacement so it felt like a practical lighting effect from late 20th century credits
Making good Liquid Glass app icons is all about layering and figuring out when not to apply the effects. I like the balance we managed to strike in Ghostty.

Using Conductor, I built a Figma plugin to generate color scales for Conductor + Chorus using @meodai's incredible RampenSau and RWBitten libraries. Would this be useful to release publicly?
