In closing, @bookingcom doesn’t give a shit about you so don’t give them any of your money. The people at the @Hyatt that we ended up at were great. Always book directly. Fuck these middle men.

So basically @bookingcom screwed up the original reservation which is their only job. Lied about why(until after), pretended to fix the problem, gave us the run around 3 times when we were stuck after hours without a place to stay, and then sent us to a new hotel with no res….

And @bookingcom hasn’t done anything but refund our money. There is no reservation at this hotel and so we are forced to book a single room for hundreds of dollars more than the original booking because the #presidentscup is in Charlotte that weekend. In summation….

The @bookingcom guy says he has found two hotel rooms for us(our original booking was a two bedroom apartment because my wife and I were traveling with my mother in law) and was making a reservation for us and it would be no cost to us. Total lie. We get to the hotel….

It is not what he was doing. What the bullshit @bookingcom call center dude was actually doing(we discovered later) was canceling our booking because the owners had double booked the apartment. I’m pissed at this point so I ask that he find us an equivalent booking and make it….

At this point, we have been given the runaround by @bookingcom for over an hour and are in some lobby of an apartment complex at 10pm. I get the call center person to admit that they have screwed up and should find us another booking. This is what he said he was doing….

We used @bookingcom to book what apartment in Charlotte and after repeated attempts to communicate with the property owners failed we called customer service. It took 3 attempts to get customer service to acknowledge there was a problem but they still had no idea what’s wrong….

Never using @bookingcom again. Their customer service sucks and they use property owners that double book and don’t communicate. They lie about it and pretend they are gonna fix your screwed up booking but don’t. #bookingcomsucks.
